BASQE  is an online marketplace platform which collects independent designers and artists united under one checkout system. We take care about consumer transactions process and then, the participating designers deliver and fulfill the order themselves.

Each designer selling through BASQE have personal profile page. There you can find more information about products collections and shipping information.


When you buy on BASQE, you are directly supporting by designers who manage their own orders and inventory. Each designer have their own shipping, returns and exchanges policy. The designers ship their items directly from their location. Since we represent products by local designers, all shipments executed from Israel.

This shipping way allows the designers to save their original packaging and expose you to their brand uniqueness.

What shipping methods are available?

All designers provide domestic and international shipments. Shipping costs different among the designers and depending on product type and destination.


Please note when you are placing an order, you'll be notified respect for two email notifications.

The first you'll receive email confirmation with order and payment details. When your order will fulfilled by designer and ships, you'll receive the second email with tracking number.  

How to check an order status?

You may check the status of your order by logging into your account.

My account → Order History → clicking on the order → view order fulfillment details.

If you have more questions about item details or shipment information, please contact the seller by clicking on Contact Designer from the relevant Designer Profile Page.

If you have questions about order you've placed, delivery dates and any issue with a shipping process, we recommend first contacting the designers directly. You can contact the designer via their profile page.

What should I do if a seller doesn't answer me back?

We appreciate your time and try to keep the shopping experience the most pleasant. In case you’ve contacted the designer and there was no response within 2 business days, please reach out to us at and we will guarantee to do everything we can to help solve your problem as fast as possible.  


We hope you are happy with the items you purchased at BASQE. However, if for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, there's no problem! You can return or replace any item, as long as it is unused, no damage has been caused to it and the label is still attached. Clients are responsible for return shipping charges.

Each designers will gladly accept return according their own returns and exchanges conditions.

How do you return an item?

Send an email to designer with your order number, details of the item you wish to replace/return and the reason. They will contact you within 2 business days and coordinate the replace/return item.  

Please note:

  • Items can be returned to designer within 14 business days from their delivery. Items purchased on sale can be returned within 7 business days from their delivery.
  • The returned items must be returned in the original package within which they were shipped directly to the location of the designer.


Your refund will be transferred within 14 days after the designer receives your returned item, in accordance with the guidelines provided by credit card companies. The refund will be made under the same conditions in which the original transaction was committed.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are excluded from all refunds even if your order included free shipping.
  • Clients are responsible for any exchange shipping charges.
