Item should be returned unused, unmarked and with all garment tags attached. In addition, shoes should be returned without scratches or stains and in their original, undamaged shoe box.

If you decide to return an item because it does not meet your expectation, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. The responsibility in ensuring that the item gets safely to the designer also lies within the buyer. If the item gets lost in transit without reaching the designer, the buyer will not be refunded.

Each product will need to be sent directly to the designer from which the order was placed.
